IF I'M HAPPY WITH THE QUOTE PROVIDED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If you are happy with the quote provided, we will arrange a site visit with you to run through all of the details that we need.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM CONTRACT TERM?
The minimum contract is 12 months.
HOW SOON CAN MY ACCOUNT BE SET-UP?
Once you have agreed that you are happy with the quote provided, we will conduct a site visit to collect all the details that we need. From that point, your contract and account can be set-up usually within 24 hours.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU RESPOND TO AN ALARM GOING OFF?
Dependant on location, we respond as quickly as possible and then perform a full site check.
WILL YOU NOTIFY MY ALARM MONITORING COMPANY?
This would be up to you to do. Due to data protection, you would have to speak to them directly.
HOW MANY SETS OF KEYS DO YOU NEED FOR MY PROPERTY?
Only one set so we can gain access and conduct a thorough inspection.
WILL MY KEYS BE KEPT SAFE?
Dependant on location, we respond as quickly as possible and then perform a full site check.
IF MY PROPERTY IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, DO YOU OFFER AN EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICE?
This would be up to you to do. Due to data protection, you would have to speak to them directly.
