ASHLEY BUDWORTH
Managing Director
At 42 and having served 12 years in an infantry battalion within the British Army completing numerous tours of Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan, I retired from the military and moved into the private security industry.
Heading straight out to Iraq and joining many others, I conducted 14 years both on land and at sea.
Gaining a plethora of experience in dealing with high profile fortune 500 clients and providing security for multinational businesses in positions from team leader to project manager.
Due to the withdrawal in military staff and choosing to retire from hostile security ABSS was established.
KELLY VENTHAM
Executive Director
Kelly brings a wealth of experience working with high profile clients throughout her corporate background within the Motor industry for over 25 years, and more recently running a national team for a Motor Finance Company as Head of Client Relationships acquiring new business of circa £275m per annum.
An astute and professional businesswoman who can apply her organisational skills, people management, business ethic and operational leadership in a professional manner within ABSS.
